OUR PURPOSE:
To develop community leaders dedicated to making a positive difference within the Rancho Cordova community.
OUR MISSION:
Leadership Rancho Cordova provides graduates with the tools necessary to have an impact at all levels in the community whether as a youth sports leader, community activist, in business as an entrepreneur, promoting economic development or as an appointed or elected representative. Leadership Rancho Cordova fosters all types and all levels of leadership talent.
THE PROGRAM:
Leadership Rancho Cordova is a balanced combination of educational experiences, a retreat and a community bases group project over a nine-month period beginning in September. During the fall, members attend a two-day retreat focusing on personal/public leadership skills, project management and group dynamics. The retreat is then complemented by day-long modules presented each month focusing on the significant resources and unique opportunities facing the Rancho Cordova area. Leadership Rancho Cordova alumni are a fundamental part of the program. They commit their expertise, energy and significant amount of time to the committee work necessary to maintain the level of excellence in class membership and programming.
LEADERSHIP RANCHO CORDOVA - Grooming Community Leaders
