The Sacramento Regional Transit District is preparing for the region's growing transportation needs through its Transit Master Plan (TMP). This long-range district-wide transit guide provides a planning, policy, financial, and operational framework for developing and delivering projects and programs for today and through 2035. Rancho Cordova International Festival and Park Dedication - May 17th
Travel the world without leaving Rancho Cordova during the Inaugural Rancho Cordova International Festival. The sounds, tastes and cultures of the world will be celebrated along with the opening of a new Rancho Cordova park from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Village Green Park, 3141 Bridgeview Drive in the Capital Village neighborhood. Admission is free of charge.
Presented by the Leadership Class of the Chamber and the Cordova Recreation and Park District, the International Festival embraces the rich cultural fabric that is Rancho Cordova and will include music and dance from around the globe. The Fabulous 50 Marketplace on Wednesday, May 28th is a “business to community” and “business to business” expo bringing together 150 to 200 businesses from the region. Attendees who join us at the Marketplace for an hour during their work day will experience an array of vendors and activities representing the regional businesses - join us in the evening for the “Taste of the Fabulous 50 Corridor”, a ticketed event, showcasing regional wine and restaurants in an intimate setting.
