Mark Your Calendar

Don't worry about missing deadlines or overbooking yourself by accident. Simply add the following events to your calendar with our AddEvent plug-in and you'll be on time!

01   Due Dates to Know

☑️ Confirm number of box lunches your booth needs by June 20, 2025.


☑️ Confirm electrical or tent reservations by June 20, 2025.


☑️ Watch for a logistical information email from Chamber Staff on June 24, 2025.


Have to Cancel?


50% of the vendor fees will be returned when the Chamber is notified of the vendor's cancellation in writing by C.O.B. June 20, 2025.


Cancellations received after C.O.B. June 20, 2025 WILL NOT receive a refund.

03 Business Expo Day!

10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


Vendors may arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. and must complete setup by 9:45 a.m. to ensure an on-time start. Vendors are expected to stay until 2 p.m. and are not allowed to break their booth down until the completion of the Expo.

FAQs

How do I cancel?

You must notify the Chamber in writing if you intend to cancel your participation at the Business Expo.

  • 50% of the vendor fees will be returned when the Chamber is notified of the vendor's cancellation in writing by C.O.B. June 20, 2025.
  • Cancellations received after C.O.B. June 20, 2025 WILL NOT receive a refund.

Where do I park the day-of?

Free parking is available across the street from Rancho Cordova City Hall in the designated vendor parking area. Please do not park in the City Hall lot or in the Sacramento Children’s Museum parking area, as those spaces are reserved for expo attendees, museum guests and city staff.


All vendors are kindly asked to use the overflow parking across the street to ensure attendees have easy access to the event. Thank you for helping us keep parking smooth and stress-free for everyone!

What if it rains or the weather is bad?

Rain or shine, the Rancho Cordova Business Expo is happening! The event will move forward unless there’s a major weather emergency or unforeseen circumstance beyond our control. Please plan accordingly, and come prepared for outdoor conditions. We’ll be there—and we hope you will be too!

Where is our booth? When do I find out where we'll be set up?

Booth assignments will be provided when you check in for setup. Our team will be on-site to direct you to your exact location and help you get settled. If you’re arriving during the Wednesday evening Vendor Mixer setup, we’ll have staff available then as well.
